Videocon mobile service vans

Mobile Service Vans for refrigerators have begun operations also at Chennai, Vijaywada and Hyderabad. The Mobile service vans are self equipped, with equipment such as Oxy- Acetylene cylinders with a brazing set, nitrogen, cylinders with a regulator and a charging board. They also carry necessary tools and spares. Mobile service Vans go to the customers and dealers and do necessary rectifications such as replacing gas and compressor at their premises.

Towards its commitment to customer care, Videocon has launched Mobile Service Vans in Vijaywada to service Videocon Washing Machines and Refrigerators.

This service will be available to the customers of Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Khammam and West Godavari Districts.

The keys of the Mobile Van were handed over to the Branch Incharge at a simple function.

This is the first time a fully equipped Mobile Service Van for appliances like Refrigerators, Washing Machines and Air conditioners has been put into service in Andhra Pradesh.
